Our team at batt.us is thrilled to officially open the doors to our new martech agency studio, located at 1310 E. 8th St. #117 in the heart of downtown Tempe. Setting up shop in this specific location is a nod to the area's rich industrial legacy. Our modern studio operates within the footprint of the historic Borden Milk Co. Creamery & Ice Factory, steps away from the 1892 F.A. Hough Ice Plant and the legacy of the 1886–87 hand-dug canal. Blending Tempe’s foundational history with cutting-edge digital marketing and web development creates the perfect environment for our agency's next chapter.

Bringing this vision to life required a tremendous community effort. We owe a massive thank you to our landlord Rudi, Mary Jo and Larry Nelson, and the Pre-Flight team for their foundational support. Local partners were instrumental in building out the space, including DV Property Services, Painting Pros, Custom Metal Fab, Pauls Ace Hardware on Broadway, and ASU Property Surplus. Getting our operations and branding dialed in was made possible by Stephen CPA, Arredondo Insurance, Staples, Best Buy Chandler, Tech Partners, and Spectrum Communications.

A special shoutout goes to FractureMe and Fastsigns on Priest Rd for our studio signage, alongside Silk Cards for our print assets. Finally, our grand opening wouldn't have been complete without the local flavor and support from Four Peaks Brewery, Infusion Coffee Shop, Forge 'n Fetch, Yellowhorse Gift Shop, Costco Tempe, and all of our incredible friends, family, and clients who celebrated with us.
